All organizations and individuals conducting activities in the Con Dao National Park (both the forest and the sea) must have the consent of the management board of the park and must comply with the following regulations:
- Not to change the natural landscape, causing environmental pollution.
- Not to affect the natural life of wild fauna and flora species.
- Not to be released, raised and illegally planted animals or plants brought from other places; not to blanket, drop the cattle.
- Not to exploit wildlife resources; collecting specimens and exploiting other natural resources.
- Do not carry toxic chemicals, explosives or flammable substances into the park. No fire in the forest and the forest.
